High Performance Negotiationg November 05 - 06, 2014 Calgary, AB We are constantly negotiating. But we don’t always take the time to critically analyze our position and determine the right tactics to achieve the desired result. High Performance Negotiating will give you the awareness and tools you need to handle situations effectively. You will learn how to examine a situation and determine the best tactics to attain the results you want. The two-day program will strengthen your set of negotiating skills and teach you how to avoid personal bias and other common pitfalls that often sabotage an effective negotiation.
