Digital Psychology & Emotional Design Training Week - Vancouver November 14 - 17, 2017 Vancouver, BC AlterSpark provides training in digital psychology and emotional design for entrepreneurs, non-profit, and tech companies. During the week of Nov 14-17, 2017, Brian Cugelman, PhD, is running a series of workshops on digital psychology and emotional design. Early-stage entrepreneurs will learn how to build products, services and brands that customers love. While those who are up and running, will learn how to use psychology and emotional design to improve their customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The workshop is based on science, but presented with plain language, group discussions and practical, hands-on exercises.
