Talk 1: Leveraging Storytelling in a Business Environment Melissa Madian - Founder of TMM Enablement Services Melissa Madian is the founder of TMM Enablement Services and has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Sales Enablement. Her topic on how important it is to leverage storytelling in Sales and Customer Success is one that she is very passionate about, as she loves a great story! Melissa was nominated as one of the 20 Women Leaders to Watch in Business in 2017 by Sales Lead Management Association.

Talk 2: Building a Brand Through User Experience Vanessa McDonald - VP of Brand Strategy & Partnerships at Toronto Union Vanessa McDonald has built a global career in strategic communications having lived and worked in Europe, North and South America. She began her career in Paris at a PR firm focused on early stage startups and later opened their London and San Francisco offices. After immigrating to Canada, Vanessa led communications for several large brands including Ford Motors of Canada, Amazon.ca and Nespresso among others before joining the Union Station Revitalization project. Vanessa's talk will focus on how she and her team are creating engaging user experiences that transform Union into a destination.
