Royal Roads University offers business presentations online

VICTORIA – Business owners can now access online training through Royal Roads University. For a yearly fee of $149 subscribers will be able to view and listen to a pre-recorded presentation on a variety of business topics.

Other features of the speaker series will include:

  • interaction with the presenter
  • on-demand access for low and high-speed Internet connections
  • access to the questions asked by other subscribers
  • repeat access to each presentation
  • biographies of the presenters

The ongoing series will feature presenters from a variety of sectors such as corporate, government, academic, and non-profits. The first presentation, “Leading in Uncertainty – Capability Creation for Competitive Advantage,” will look at how to gain the competitive advantage as well as leadership skills. Karen Coe, a Calgary-based business consultant will lead the seminar.

Future presentations will look at finance, marketing, public relations, information technology, business operations, and entrepreneurship.
