New business plan software hits market

EUGENE, OR - The top selling business-planning software in the U.S. is poised to take on the Canadian market. Palo Alto Software Inc. has launched Business Plan Pro 2002 this side of the border.

In Canada, the program will feature market research, legal and funding resources and GST/HST adjustments. Tips for running a small business in this country are also included.

Industry-specific examples are provided among the 250 available in the Sample Plan Browser, which covers service and product-based businesses, as well as non-profit organizations. Business Plan Pro 2002 can also be used to tap into 2,000 industry profiles by entering the Standard Industry Code (SIC) into the program’s search engine. This can then be embedded in the business plan, allowing entrepreneurs to compare their ideas with others in the same industry.

For more information, or to purchase a copy of Business Plan Pro 2002, visit the company website at www.paloalto.com.
