Does a sick leave policy accumulate vacation pay/time?

Have a sick leave policy that accumulates up to 120 as part of company benefits. If someone is on sick leave they continue to earn their normal wages for the portion of sick leave they have accumulated. Does this pay (time) accumulate vacation pay?
Howard Levitt answered:
It depends upon the wording of the policy but it normally would. If it is long term disability it does not.
