I am wondering whether a travel agency registered in Manitoba can market and sell travel tours to clients in Ontario and Quebec.
Fiona Bowen answered:
A travel agency registered in Manitoba can sell travel tours to clients in Ontario and Quebec. However, Manitoba is an unregulated province when it comes to travel so if anything were to happen to the tour company (i.e. bankruptcy) the clients would not be covered.
