Faster Reboots for Windows

"When you ask Windows to 'Restart your computer' on the Shut Down menu, hold down shift as you click OK with the mouse. This will just make Windows restart - and quicker than if it rebooted.

As a developer, I find my machine regularly in need of restarting. This method has probably saved me hours."
