Salary Vacation Pay

The company that I work for does not have any policy regarding vacation pay. We simply receive our salary while on vacation. Am I still entitled to receive the 4% vacation pay even if I got my salary while on vacation?

Howard Levitt answered:

The answer is no. That is how vacation pay is normally paid out to employees.

**Editor's Note: 4 per cent of your annual salary is equal to two weeks pay.
