Background

Claire has more than 25 years' successful experience in organizational development, training, and Customer Service training. In her 15-year career with Hilton International Hotels she won the chain's Award of Merit for Training & Development, as well as a First City Prize for Safety Training in the Service Industry. She followed this with a career instructing adults in public Colleges, and is now Management Consultant specializing in people management and Customer Service.
