Innovation is critical for business growth. It starts with good ideas that we shape into business opportunities. Ed Bernacki is a speaker, writer and consultant on the use of innovation and creativity in business. Ed Bernacki shares his perspectives on innovation with entrepreneurs, business owners and executives to create innovative opportunities and solutions to business challenges. He now delivers workshops and presentations in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

His book The Idea Factory, How To Find Million Dollar Ideas & Keep Finding Them! will be published later this year. It is a manual to foster innovation and find ideas in their organisations.

He has also published a Conference Navigator Guide called, "Wow, That's A Great Idea", with Suzanne Merritt, co-founder of the Polaroid Creativity Lab. This unique concept replaces the standard knowledge tool of most conferences (the blank pad of paper) with a sophisticated yet fun creativity guide / idea journal for use at conferences. This Conference Navigator Guide was first used by Inc. Magazine in the USA.
