Kelly Burnett is President of The Calyx Group, a company that specializes in advanced communication and presentation skills, incorporating a different perspective using performance and leading-edge NLP techniques.

Kelly facilitates The Command Performance Program for executives and entrepreneurs to explore their unique style and power and give themselves permission to be outstanding and memorable presenters in front of one listener, a key group or a large audience. She offers support while covering scripting, voice power and presentation. She works with each individual to create a professional framework that guarantees immediate audience attention and receptivity. It also changes message integration from the average 7% to at least 15%.

Whether through individual coaching, or corporate workshops, her clients are given the opportunity to find and master their natural communication style in a 'safe' environment. As an experienced actress, director and playwright, Kelly also assists the not so confident individuals to find their voice and 'sell' themselves effectively, while gaining significant self-confidence.

Kelly is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music in London, England, a certified NLP Practitioner and graduate of the International NLP Trainers Training. Her clients come from leading corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors, together with entrepreneurs and key note speakers.

Under the Calyx Group, Kelly also facilitates a workshop for parents and children (age 7-11) to enhance communication and develop trusting relationships before the teenage years.
