Background

After graduating from the University of Waterloo with an honours Math and Computer Science degree, Jody spend 20 years in the management ranks of the Computer Industry. Whether is was large projects or departments, Jody alwaysheld leadership positions responsible for improving the status quo; he believes that we are all entrepreneurs of our own life, whether we own a business or work for a large corporation.

Jody's life mission is to 'maximize peoples potential'. In the corporate world, he did this through automation. When he realized that this was not big enough, Jody started his own company and partnered with a large Personal Development organization, Context Associated. Over the last 5 years, while delivering Personal Development seminars, Jody has developed an number of strategies to serve his mission.

As a Business and Personal Coach, Jody works with people to gain 'clarity' about what's important now and in the future. Jody's clients embrace the 'support' they need to achieve those goals and remain focused on the 'actions' that will make the most significant impact on their personal and business lives.

As a Facilitator of corporate training, meetings and retreats, Jody motivates companies to build powerful visions, missions, strategies and action plans, as well as the strong, empowered teams required to meet all these challenges.

As an Author and Professional Speaker, Jody spreads the word about Personal Mastery in ways that people can relate to and use immediately. His first book, "Ask yourself, 'Are you really effective?'" will be in print in the near future.
