Jim Munro has over 20 years of experience providing quality, cost effective IT solutions to a diverse array of clientele, large and small. Clients have included Government, Financial, Manufacturing, Software Development and Retail institutions.

His roles have spanned the gamut of the Planning, Development, Implementation and Support Lifecycle including Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Developer, Technical Support, DBA, Team Lead and Director of Data Management.

Jim has always taken a no-nonsense, hands-on approach to tackling challenges large and small. He is equally comfortable discussing long-term strategic technological direction in the boardroom as he is rolling up his sleeves to zero in on that one line of code or configuration value responsible for poor system performance. Jim understands that even short-term solutions can have long-term consequences and endeavors to ensure that today's acquisitions can be leveraged effectively towards each company's long-term strategic goals.

Jim Munro is the CIO of ZunaRai Business Solutions, which was recently launched in order to provide cost-effective IT Services to businesses in Southern Ontario. Many of ZunaRai's clients do not have in-house IT departments. Although they understand the necessity of solid, dependable systems, they prefer to remain focused on what they do best-growing their organization.

ZunaRai uses a "plain English" approach to understanding each organization's short- and long-term goals and will design, implement and maintain a strategic systems solution, tailored to their unique needs, which will grow with them.
