Joyce Hansen, RPA, is a public relations specialist, and President of Class Act Connections. She develops programs for her clients to maximize their uniqueness.

Joyce's background spans from management of media, and manufacturing facilities to commercial real estate properties. An avid network advocate, Joyce excels at communicating and connecting.

Joyce's clients have involved her in developing awareness in United States markets for specialized consulting services in Canada. Because of her ability to generate increased exposure and sales from exhibiting in and attending tradeshows, Joyce has been asked for her help to strategize involvement in promotion related events to reach target markets. Her negotiation skills have placed her in the ring to negotiate with a United States provider for education courses to be offered to Canadian members of a large real estate association. Throughout the years Joyce has maintained contact with many people who call upon her to provide advice or an "extra pair of hands" due to her in-depth experience and unique skill set.

Joyce has acted as a volunteer for the Corporate Contact Committee of the Canadian Public Relations Society. Throughout her dynamic career, Joyce served on the Communications Committee of The Globe and Mail and is a current past Director of the Educational Marketing Association. She has been involved with highly recognized associations such as BOMA, IFMA, ACMO, as well as different Chapters of The Board of Trade. Her membership with the International Association of Business Communicators allows her to network worldwide and to provide her clients with information on upcoming trends to take advantage of and incorporate into their own communications program. Joyce is an active member with The Company of Women and has been instrumental in assisting women's associations to attract members.
 
Joyce speaks to groups on the benefits of instituting and maintaining a public relations program. Class Act Connections conducts workshops to teach individuals and companies how to creatively promote their corporate and personal image through such avenues as tradeshows, media contact campaigns, and business development projects geared towards specific sales goals. Joyce also privately mentors individuals on how to create and maintain their own unique brand.
