Ron Clark

Ron W. Clark is a lawyer with Minden Gross Grafstein & Greenstein, Barristers and Solicitors. Ron's practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, secured transactions and e-commerce. Ron has represented private and public corporations, financial institutions and individuals.

Ron received his B.A. from Carleton University, his L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and his L.L.M. from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the New York Bar.

Ron has authored numerous publications and made numerous presentations at professional conferences and law schools. Recent presentations include "Securities in Cyberspace" at the Canadian Bar Association Annual Meeting in August 1997 and "Offering Securities on the Internet" at a conference on Legal Issues and the Internet sponsored by Osgoode Hall Law School in November 1998.
