Judy Smith

Judy Smith, of Judy Smith Consulting, is an independent collection consultant who specializes in assisting business and professional practices establish systems to collect their accounts receivable. She is the co-author of the book "What To Say When Your Customers Won't Pay".

With the expertise gained through owning and operating Vandorf Collection Agency Limited for over fifteen years and millions of dollars in recovered receivables to my credit, Judy has developed a keen understanding of the most successful collection methods in use today. Her experience in developing and inaplementmg staff 'training programs qualifies her as a very competent trainer in collection procedures and techniques.

Judy has worked with banks, credit card companies, professional practices and educational institutions and has learned that most collection problems stem not only from a lack of preventative processes but also from the discomfort many feel when they are confronted by someone who will not or cannot pay.
