Stanley Popovich
Stanley Popovich struggled with fear and anxiety for more than 15 years. When he started college at Penn State University in 1990, he began to keep notes on various ways to deal with his fears. He talked with professionals, read books and then used what he learned to get through many anxious times.
Through 15 years of extensive research, in-depth interviews with psychologists and spiritual advisors, and a compassionate evaluation of the underlying nature of fear, Popovich has collected a wealth of successful techniques for the management of fear. He then decided to get his notes published. A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear is the result of that research and is located at www.managingfear.com
A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear Using Psychology, Christianity and Non-Resistant Methods is a 65-page, comprehensive review of various techniques that are used in managing fear and anxiety.
Because of this knowledge and experience, Popovich can relate to the average person who deals with anxiety, fear, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and panic attacks. He has appeared on several television and radio programs throughout his career and works closely with the media to help others struggling with fear, anxiety, and depression.
