Emotionally Intelligent Leader January 16 - April 03, 2017 Calgary, AB This blended (online/classroom), executive development program combines both foundational and advanced emotional intelligence concepts and frameworks and focuses on building your skills as it relates to your specific workplace situations. In the online sessions, you will begin to identify and analyze real life challenges specific to your own leadership practices. Online sessions provide context for your in-class applications in the latter portion of the program.Your overall blended learning experience is designed to develop your emotional quotient (EQ) strategies over a period of time. This practical application will assist you to build positive habits which directly impact your success and that of your team members and organization. Program starts January 16, 2017 and ends April 3, 2017 (eligible for 22 CPD hours for CHRP re-certification with HRIA) Program is eligible for grant funding until December 1, 2016. The grant will cover 2/3 of program investment.
