Allow me to introduce ourselves. We are John and Jennifer Lambe. We are both Licensed Paralegals in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario formerly known as the Law Society of Upper Canada. We own and operate Lambe’s Legal Services. I am the Co-Chair of Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act Alliance Peel Chapter and Jennifer is a member of Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act Alliance Peel Chapter. We will arrange accommodates at the courts and tribunal hearings for litigants that best suits their needs. We have lots of experience in advocating for people’s rights in a wide range of areas.
Over the past 10 years we have provided assistance in obtaining successful outcomes in statutory accident benefits, Short-term disability benefit claims, Long-term disability benefit claims, Workplace Safety and Insurance benefit claims, Canada Pension Disability benefit claims, disability tax credits, drafting and filing of Articles of the following: Incorporation, Human Rights applications, Small Claims Court matters, assisting in Provincial court matters particularly Highway Traffic Act offences, and legal documents to petition the courts both in Canada and the United States to open sealed records; particularly adoption records.
Since we both successfully completed our program with high honours’ and passed our licensing exam with the Law Society of Upper Canada we have decided to launch our own legal practice because we know first- hand that there is a growing demand for these types of services we will be offering throughout Ontario.
