The Kelowna beverage laboratory is staffed by knowledgeable scientists with experience in analytical testing of beverages. Work will be completed by Henry Kowalski who has his master’s in biology and has worked in the wine testing industry for over twenty years. As well as Kaitlyn Berendt who has her bachelor’s in microbiology and has 3 years experience working in analytical laboratories. Kelowna Labs includes people from the brewing, wine making and the distilling industry to provide a wealth of services to all beverages.
