Once you come to our clinic, one of our specialists will collect extensive case history, otoscopic examination, then guide you to do a completed accurate hearing test to find out if you have a hearing loss and if you need assistance from hearing aids. Medical referral might be needed if there are some red flags.

Once the test is finished, if you really need hearing aids, one of our specialists will discuss the options with you, taking your life style, your surrounding environment, your requirement, and your budget into consideration and find solutions which is best for you.
3. Regular warranty services
No matter where you bought your hearing aids, as long as it is under warranty, we will provide services for you without any charges and fees because we are partners for all hearing aids manufacturers in Canada. We provide life time cleaning, programming, adjustment, consultation with no charge as well.
4. Home visit
Hard to come out or any reason prevents you from coming to our clinic? No problem!Give us a call and we will come to you.
5. Benefit application assistance
Feel hard to deal with the application? No problem! We are the authorized vendor of Health Minister of Ontario. We have experiences dealing with ADP, WSIB, OW, ODSP, DVA, NIHB, and insurance companies.

In order to prevent problems with your hearing aids, we provide free wax removal to keep your ear canal checked and clean
