“Lightworks for Well Being” is committed to help individuals, the

through creative and practical strategies to achieve happiness in

“Lightworks for Well Being” evolved from Elizabeth Skronski 's and
Anne Bourke's passionate belief that they could make a difference.
Their vision grew from a desire to help people become the best that
they can be: emotionally secure, mentally mature and spiritually
grounded. Today they offer coaching, counseling, meditation
classes, workshops, retreats, and women’s wisdom circles.

Our motto, A Spirit of Me within an integrity of We, encompasses
our central belief that to live in Well Being, it is one’s responsibility
to fulfill one’s priorities and potential in a manner that contributes to
the community and builds harmonious connections.

We assist our clients in becoming the leader of their life by learning
skills and tools in a supportive partnership environment, where
clients recognize their potential and their goals and take
