Mix Media Productions is a Burnaby-based recording studio and
music producer for musicians and voice over. They offer recording,
production, CD design and original composition services for
television and film, commercials, theatre and much more.

production, 5.1 surround sound mixing, ADR, voiceovers, film

By combining vintage gear, cutting edge technology and
engineering know-how, Mix Media provides a studio environment

Mix Media's recording studios consist of three rooms: the studio
itself or live room, where the sound for the recording is created
(...the instruments are played, the speaking or singing happens),
the control room, where the sound from the studio is recorded
and manipulated, and the lobby, where you can hang out, take a
break, have some popcorn during the recording process.

Mix Media's recording studio is carefully designed around the
principles of room acoustics to create spaces with the acoustical
properties required for recording sound with precision and
accuracy. Our Live Room's, through the use of absorption and
diffusion materials on the surfaces of the room, how the rooms
are shaped and the physical dimensions of the room offer crisp
pure recordings. Our rooms are heavily soundproofed to provide
sonic isolation between the rooms.
