I am Denise, a certifying Labour, Birth and Postpartum Doula in Leduc, AB. I serve Leduc, Leduc County area but might even venture all the way into Edmonton. Feel free to check in with me if you live in a further away community and are interested in hiring me. I am a wife and mother myself. My own journey of giving birth and going through the postpartum period made me realize that I wanted to become a Doula and to help other parents go through the same journey and better their experience.

As a Doula I can be your trusted person, your companion, that you can talk to without the fear of being judged, I will keep our conversations confidential and safe. If you hire me as your Doula I will be reliable, always approachable, stay calm in stressful situations, friendly, focused and strong for/with you. ​I’ll help mothers feel safe and comfortable in their environment (may it be during labour or postpartum). I help families be knowledgable by providing unbiased information and provide continuos support to the whole family. I will listen to you, help you process your birth experience or even guide you through infant care and listen to your struggles without any judgement but maybe with suggestions to relief these struggles. ​I encourage and support parents when they feel overwhelmed.
