Mustang Powder is located near Revelstoke, BC in the Northern Monashee mountains of Canada - a range known as one of the best places in the world for consistently great powder snow. Because the Monashees are an interior range we are blessed with light, dry powder, and due to the Pacific storm patterns we also receive much bigger dumps of snow than the ranges to the East, such as the Selkirks, Purcells or the Rockies. Mount Copeland, which is adjacent to the Mustang Lodge, holds the Canadian record for the greatest snowfall in one season at 24.5 metres. That’s over 80 feet of snow in one season - think of all those face shots!
