"As an Integrative Health Coach and counselor working in somatic, inquiry-based medicine, I interweave training and client work in mental health with an intimate and personal lived experience of recovery. I serve my clients with the creative resources I learned to build upon as I moved through the difficult struggles inherent to prolonged illness and pain. I help you discover the unique miraculous gifts within you, always waiting to be accessed as the medicine you need to blossom and heal in your most potent way. I believe in your limitless potential. Let’s see where it can take you."
