Providing administrative support since 1992, we help our clients work as quickly and efficiently as possible in their own offices, or we do the work for them in our's. Kathy Ridings provides bookkeeping services for those clients who do not wish to do their own. Rick Ridings has been a Simply Accounting Certified Consultant since 1995 and helps clients in a consulting capacity. He helps in setups, advice, remittances, bank recs, fine tuning procedures, budgets, etc.

Reporting and customizing forms with Crystal Reports is a big part of our offering as well. As one of the national trainers for the seminar courses Introductory and Beyond the Basics, sponsored by Sage, Rick helped launch these courses in 2003 and 2004 and has been teaching them ever since. He also provides ad hoc training on-site when a client only wants to learn part of the program. Using remote access options and the internet, we have been working with clients right across Canada and in some parts of the US, as well as working with a client who spent some time in Spain. We can "virtually" support anyone, anywhere.
