Scoop N Save started with Janice DeRuiter 40 years ago in Surrey as a bulk foods store. Janice quickly decided to focus on cake decorating supplies and started renting cake pans and bringing in specialty products. Janice sold the store to employee and cake artist Jayden Sepe and her mother Brenda Scott. They continue to stay up on the cake and cookie decorating trends and are passionate about their love of cake decorating.
